One person. Full pipeline. Zero handoff.
I'm Didarul — a product designer and full-stack developer in Montreal. I research the problem, design the interface, and ship it in production React and Node. For contract clients that means fewer meetings. For teams, it means one hire covers two roles.
I don't hand off a spec and hope it survives development. I build the thing I designed.
I started in interactive media design at Seneca College, then added a Computer Science certificate from the University of Regina so I could implement what I design instead of waiting on someone else's backlog. Most of my projects happen twice: first as user research, interviews, and wireframes, then again as React components and API routes.
That combination is the whole pitch — I can sit in a stakeholder workshop, run a usability test, and then go write the migration that makes the finding real. At Bell Canada that meant interviewing customer service reps about billing confusion and shipping the fix myself.
BackpackLink
A travel eSIM marketplace — data plans for 200+ countries, no physical SIM required. Designed and built end-to-end, live on the web and in the App Store.
International Payment POS
A point-of-sale concept that lets Canadian merchants accept the mobile, QR, and crypto payments international travellers already use — cutting out costly currency exchange. Proposed to Moneris; the partnership decision is still in progress.
Software Engineer
- Supporting the Rogers–Shaw merger — transitioning product and service resources from Shaw's systems into Rogers'.
- Contributing to info.rogers.com's InfoAssist portal, the customer-facing sign-in and account support experience.
- Building and maintaining Flow, Rogers' internal tool for the technical support team, with a focus on content management and user flows.
UX Researcher & Frontend Developer
- Led the billing platform redesign — interviewed 20+ customer service reps to map pain points, then shipped the resulting UI in React. Cut late payments 7%+.
- Designed and shipped an internal analytics dashboard (React + Node) so the team could track navigation patterns directly, no BI tool required.
- Run ongoing research operations — feedback pipelines, survey methodology — and translate findings straight into frontend specs.
Product Designer & Developer · Contract
- Researched materials, production methods, and technical constraints to scope feasible, cost-effective e-commerce features.
- Designed and built responsive storefront experiences end-to-end, integrating payment and CMS APIs.
- Ran stakeholder workshops to align business goals with user needs, then implemented the resulting design system in code.
UX/UI Designer & Frontend Developer · Internship
- Designed and prototyped a vision-board TV application in Figma, then built the interactive version in React with complex state management.
- Built a data-visualization dashboard to track user interaction metrics for the app.
- Ran Agile sprints in Asana, from concept through delivery.
Design & Research
Engineering
Figma-to-React handoff without a translation layer, WCAG-compliant component libraries, and prototypes I code myself so user testing runs on something real instead of a click-through mockup.
